One Cute Kobold View Profile View Posts. Howdy y'all! I've just started delving into setting up a dedicated server for Arma 3 via SteamCMD. Before I get into this, yes I own the game, I have about hours in it, but I have two computers. I have it installed and all my workshop content installed on this computer how to download steam mods without owning the game I play from. However the dedicated server would be on my secondary computer. However, I can't figure out how to download and install the mods.

While the SteamCMD can download mods, it won't do anything larger than ~1gb before timing out. So my question being, can I log into the actual client and download the workshop content somehow via the client?

Perhaps starting to install Arma 3 but interrupting it so it's "Installed" but only a couple files? Showing 1 - 4 of 4 comments. Reggaejunkiedrew View Profile View Posts. Originally posted by Reggaejunkiedrew :. Csongor View Profile View Posts.

Aslong as both systems are local and running same Client, you should have the option to "install local" or something of an option and it should also grab the mods you're subcribed to on Workshop
